Positioned in the Southern region of the United States along the Mississippi River, Arkansas is the 29th largest state and 32nd most populous with more than 2.9 million residents. Called the “Natural State” and the “Land of Opportunity,” Arkansas is well-known for its striking Ozark Mountains, natural beauty, exceptional outdoor activities, famous residents Hilary and Bill Clinton, Razorback football, and the honor of being the Quartz Capital of the World.
Although population centers have sprouted in the cities of Little Rock, Conway Ft. Smith, Pine Bluff, and Jonesboro, most of the state retains its rural atmosphere. While there may only be one university that offers Master’s level accounting programs in the state, it happens to be among the best of the best in the nation. The following are the two Master of Accountancy programs that have been fully accredited by the AACSB in Arkansas.
