This school was named for Malcolm Baldrige, the Commerce Secretary under Ronald Reagan. Master of Business Administration
The MBA program at post focuses on competencies that can be utilized in any organization. Trefz School of Business
The University of Bridgeport is a four-year private university that ranks in the second tier of U.S. World Report’s Regional Universities, and is rated as one of the most racially diverse. It has a rolling admission; students are admitted directly to their majors. The newly remodeled and renamed Trefz School of Business is a SOTA facility with video conferencing capabilities, laptop recharging changing and Wi-Fi, among other high tech capabilities. The school of business prides itself on the individual attention received by students. There are seven undergraduate majors and six graduate concentrations.
Master of Business Administration
This degree has 30 credits of foundational university requirements and as many as 24 additional required credits depending upon the undergraduate courses taken. The program integrates traditional foundation skills and current trends and contains core elements, concentration and a six-credit capstone project. It can be customized with eight concentrations. Each concentration has nine credits. The concentrations are:

Online MBA
The school does not offer an Executive MBA, but does have an accelerated program that allows students to complete the program in one year. The degree is intended to help professionals build and work with teams to solve business problems. It also goes into the management of personnel. Tailored to early-career or mid-career professionals, the program is highly interdisciplinary. It is offered on a cohort model with a great amount of interaction between students and teachers. There are five eight-week sessions with a two-week break between them. The graduation requirements are the same as the other MBA degrees offered, but are offered in a different sequence to make the early completion possible. The tuition is under $26,000.

University of Phoenix Fairfield
School of Business
This is a for-profit university that offers traditional on-campus courses but has a huge online presence. It has over 100 campuses throughout the world and awards degrees in 100 programs. It is owned by an international conglomerate that operates several for-profit schools. In 2015, enrollment at the University of Phoenix was 227,000. Online students, who make up most of the school’s student body, have access to class specific digital resources. Tuition is $740 per credit with an added fee of $160 per course for electronic materials. The business school uses digital resourcing to include simulations, virtual organizations and case studies in the curriculum.
Master of Business Administration
This is a 36 to 54 credit hour program. Thirty six hours are core curriculum such as Management, Human Capital Management, Business Law and other courses. The concentrations, used to customize the degree, are:
